Sherly Millan, MSW
Hi, I’m Sherly Millan~
I received my Master of Social Work degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2014.
My focus is on creating a positive, safe, and nurturing environment for my clients to help them reach their goals and experience positive changes in their lives.
It’s easy to feel as if the bad times will never end. When you’re feeling depressed, anxious, moody, stressed and overwhelmed; it’s hard to envision a life where these negative feelings subside and you find true peace and contentment. I want to let you know that change is within reach. I know how hard it is just to take that initial step of reaching out to get help. Let me help you on your journey to a healthier and happier self.
I provide individual, family, and couples therapy. All services are available in English and Spanish. I have experience working with a variety of clients including children, teenagers, adults, immigrants, and senior citizens. I look at my clients from a strengths perspective, highlighting their strengths rather than their weaknesses.
I’m the mother of two children navigating the post-pandemic parenting world. I understand the load that mothers carry while navigating the different seasons of raising children. One of my special passions is helping moms really thrive while caring for their families. My goal is to help mothers find themselves again and be happy fulfilling all their different capacities.
I offer a non-judgmental and compassionate place to help you move through life’s challenges. I’ll help you learn tools to achieve fulfillment, peace, and joy.
