Hi, I’m Reva Erskine Drash, MS~
Are you facing an unexpected life change—such as the loss of a loved one, the birth of a child, a divorce, or a medical diagnosis? Life doesn’t always go as planned, and navigating these transitions can bring up intense and often overwhelming emotions. Our circumstances and how we process them can lead to anxiety, depression, and other uncomfortable feelings.
I am passionate about helping individuals find clarity and resilience in the midst of life’s challenges. Whether you’re feeling lost, stuck, or simply unsure of your next step, I provide support and guidance to help you grow, build coping strategies, and move toward healing. Reaching out is often the hardest part—but it’s also the first step toward meaningful change.
With a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Barry University, I am currently practicing as a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. I have experience working with both teens and adults and hold specialized training in bereavement, traumatic bereavement, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My therapeutic philosophy is grounded in the belief that we all carry patterns from our past that can inform and empower us to shape a healthier future. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard and supported. In our work together, you’ll find a collaborative partner on your journey toward improved mental well-being.
Before transitioning into the field of mental health, I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in textile science. Creativity remains a meaningful part of my life—I enjoy sewing, arts and crafts, gardening, and cooking. These simple joys, along with time spent with my family, help me stay grounded and connected. Becoming a therapist was a deeply personal decision, rooted in my desire to give back to my community in a meaningful and compassionate way.
