Hi, I’m Nesreen Adieh~
Hi, I’m Nesreen, but you can call me Nes!
I know life can sometimes feel overwhelming—whether it’s anxiety, balancing work and family, or just feeling stuck. If you’re struggling with these challenges, know that you’re not alone. It takes a lot of strength to ask for help, and I’m here to support you through it, no matter what you’re going through.
I’m passionate about helping people feel better, grow, and see life from a more positive perspective. Reaching out might feel like a big step, but you deserve to feel supported and at ease. Working with me means taking the first step toward putting yourself first—because you’re worth it.
I’m a Registered Mental Health Intern and recently earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Over the years, I’ve worked with kids, teens, and adults experiencing mental health struggles such as OCD, anxiety, autism, and bipolar disorder. I draw from a range of modalities—including CBT, talk therapy, and holistic approaches—and adapt them to what works best for you. My approach is flexible and personalized to ensure you feel heard and comfortable in our sessions.
A little about me: I’m fluent in both English and Arabic. I grew up in the U.S. but come from a Middle Eastern background. I’ve lived in two different states and even another country! Outside of work, I enjoy reading, creating art, spending time with family and friends, and taking spontaneous car rides while jamming out to music. And yes—expect some laughs in session!
Hope to see you soon!
