Hailey Schaeffer
Hi, I’m Hailey Schaeffer, ~
Do you struggle with constant worry, emotional overload, or feeling “on edge” even during quiet moments? Do patterns in your relationships or parenting leave you feeling guilty, drained, or unsure of yourself? Many people come to therapy because they’re overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, burnout, or lingering wounds from the past–and reaching out is often the first courageous step toward healing and clarity.
I’m passionate about helping people feel lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves again. Together, we’ll work on reducing anxiety, breaking unhelpful patterns, building confidence, and creating space for real growth. You deserve support that helps you feel better…not just for yourself, but for the people you love. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and help you find clarity, balance, and hope again.
I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI), and I earned my master’s degree in counseling from Florida International University. I have a strong passion for working with children and adolescents because I believe early support can positively shape a young person’s entire life. Working with me, you’ll find a calm, non-judgmental space to express yourself openly, explore what you’re going through, and build practical tools for healing. I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories and to helping them feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Outside the therapy room, I’m passionate about lifelong learning, traveling, and spending time in nature with animals. I grew up in Florida on the beach, but I also love escaping to the mountains—there’s something meaningful about the climb, the challenges along the way, and the perspective gained at the summit. It mirrors the therapeutic journey: steady steps, difficult moments, and ultimately discovering strength you didn’t realize you had. I stay grounded
through meditation and movement, whether I’m hiking, walking, or exercising outdoors.
