Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

At Seasons Psychotherapy Associates, I blend my extensive nursing background with my passion for mental health counseling. As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, I address various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused interventions to support clients on their wellness journey. My holistic approach, informed by my dual background in nursing and mental health, allows me to provide comprehensive care for both the mind and body.

I enjoy working with children and adults, finding fulfillment in witnessing how processing life’s challenges can change someone’s life trajectory. Helping clients navigate their struggles, foster resilience, and promote positive change is my passion.

Fluent in English and Creole, I am dedicated to serving a diverse clientele. I offer sessions at the Fort Lauderdale office and virtually, with evening appointments available to accommodate various schedules.

Outside of work, I love going to the beach and spending quality time with my family, reflecting my belief in the importance of self-care and connection.

My goal is to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their overall quality of life through compassionate and effective counseling.
