Denice Costello
Hi, I’m Denice Costello~
Do you ever feel caught in cycles of worry or self-doubt? Are you navigating grief, strained relationships, family struggles, or life changes that leave you uncertain about your next steps?
When life feels overwhelming or unmanageable, it can be hard to see a way forward. You don’t have to go through it alone, I’m here to provide a space where you can feel heard, supported, and more in control of your life.
Through my previous professional roles, I worked with people facing difficult circumstances that called for patience, problem-solving, and empathy. What I learned in those settings continues to influence the way I connect with clients today, helping you recognize patterns that no longer serve you, develop healthier coping skills, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want. I understand how discouraging it can feel when painful experiences hold you back, and I believe healing is possible with compassion, support, and practical tools.
I am currently completing my Master of Social Work in the Advanced Standing Clinical Program at Florida Atlantic University. My approach is warm and collaborative, drawing on both academic training and personal life experience to support you through every stage of life, including the unique transitions of mid-life and aging.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our seven grown children, cooking meals that bring everyone together, rescuing animals, continuing education, and staying active in the community. These parts of my life keep me grounded and reflect the sense of care and connection I bring to my work with clients.
I am currently offering sessions through the Low Cost Program at Seasons under the supervision of Carol Mirones, LCSW-QS, LMFT-QS.
