As a clinical mental health counseling student intern, I offer a warm, collaborative, and deeply reflective space where you can feel seen and supported. My approach blends practical tools—including mindfulness, CBT, and narrative therapy—with deeper exploration of identity, values, and emotional patterns that may be keeping you from living fully.
