Hi, I’m Alina Coleman, MSW~

I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or worn down by life’s demands—often after spending a long time “holding it together.” Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, life transitions, caregiving stress, grief, trauma, relationship or attachment concerns, and a sense of disconnection from themselves.

I view therapy as a courageous and collaborative process. My role is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of your experiences. Together, we work to strengthen emotional regulation, ease anxiety, process past experiences, and support meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with a Master of Social Work degree and advanced clinical training in behavioral health and co-occurring disorders. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems–informed work (IFS), and solution-focused therapy. I strive to create a collaborative, respectful therapeutic relationship where clients feel empowered and genuinely seen.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling, snorkeling, and exploring the arts and music. I value reflection, curiosity, and meaningful connection. Most of all, I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they move toward greater clarity, balance, and healing.

Transform your life for the better.
