Hi – I’m Erica!
Is your child struggling with anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, a history of trauma, increased anger, or low motivation? Do you feel like you’re always walking on eggshells around your teen? Are you scratching your head wondering how you can help?

I work with people of all ages. My experience includes working with child welfare helping teens aging out of the foster care system, and providing assessments for kids with mental, behavioral, or substance use struggles. I enjoy helping people and believe that the relationship developed in therapy is healing in and of itself. I’m your cheerleader, I’ll hold you accountable to trying new things and working towards positive changes in your life. We’ll problem solve and work together to foster your personal insight and growth.
I’ve been trained in multiple intervention modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. We’ll work together to see what works best for you. Together, we’ll develop therapeutic goals and work towards your achievement of them. Change is hard, it’s my job to help you identify what changes are necessary to live the life you deserve to live.
I received my masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, and my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. I enjoy volunteering and have proudly served organizations like the Florida Guardian Ad Litem Program, and the Broward Sheriff’s Office Victims Services Unit. I’m a proud mom of two children and enjoy spending time with family and traveling.
