For Therapists

Seasons Psychotherapy Associates believes that a great place to work is important. We are always looking to meet wonderful people. Our staffing needs evolve month to month and we encourage you to complete the process of applying through our HR portal link. We are opening more locations in the coming months and are open to discussing opportunities with clinicians, interns/practicum students, and non-clinical support team members.

Our professional community is more than just a workplace. We’re determined to create a place where individuals can find the best version of themselves, where they become a vital part of this family business. We love what we do and who we do it with. We provide leadership training experiences for any employee who’s interested, and provide structured hangout opportunities to foster close relationships.

Seasons is a wonderfully diverse place to work. We pride ourselves on being curious about one another and accepting our differences. We connect because those differences are far fewer than our similarities. Diversity is more than a goal within our organization, it’s a product of our connected community. It is intentional in who we choose to work with.

We love passionate specialists. People who stay up late at night reading articles about certain issues, populations, or therapy techniques. We believe specializing in what you’re passionate about makes for better client outcomes. The beauty of being in private practice is that you’re able to find that niche that you love and run with it. We’ve built an incredible team of collaborative clinicians and administrative staff who leverage each others’ knowledge and expertise to achieve a synergistic outcome for those we serve.

Seasons strives to continually improve every aspect of who we are, from our clinical outcomes to our employee engagement. We believe data and metrics should be embraced to help identify strengths, blind spots, and opportunities with our organization.

In previous jobs, you may have had to choose between the autonomy of private practice and the operational safety of working for a large organization. At Seasons we strive to allow clinicians to be clinicians, giving them the freedom to choose when, how and with whom they work. We do this while simultaneously removing the guesswork and risk associated with private practice. We sincerely believe that most clinicians can earn more, with less effort, within the structure we provide.

Our goal is to provide industry leading compensation to our clinicians and administrative team. Full-time clinicians enjoy a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that averages nearly 50% more than their previous agency positions. We provide all of the flexibility of agency work but with the stability and peace-of-mind of full-time employment.

For administrative team members, Seasons is passionate about paying a competitive wage commensurate with experience and position. All full-time employees are eligible to receive 100% paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with the opportunity to purchase additional health coverage for their family members through payroll deduction. Seasons offers Paid Time Off (PTO) to salaried and hourly employees, with all federal holidays off.
